Sneak peek into my studio workspace…
A good working office is so important for a creative. It’s the space to get inspired, to create beautiful things as well as a fitting space for production, where of course, a good organization system is key.
In my studio, I divided my space into different working areas, with a crafting desk, a computer desk ( that I share with my loved one) a custom made drawers cupboard and a presentation pegboard, on top of my currents collections, well organized in labeled boxes.
I noticed that what I can see, Is what I’ll use, therefore I find that transparents containers, small boxes or bocals are just a perfect fit for me. I use some plastic boxes from the Hema, that I can easily stack on top of each other.
I also recently purchase a SKADIS pegboard system from Ikea, which is just perfect for my rolls of chains & packing stickers. Decorate and adjust it to your needs is just a dream!
It can take some time to find the right organization for your office space, but since our surroundings influence our mind and mood, I think it is good to invest some time and really think about it. Finding a good organization system that will work for you will save you time in the long run!
